Some of our senior team are contact center guys, having maintained complex systems using such high end tools as Avaya, or Genesys.  These are expensive and overly complicated, so we were inspired by an open-source tool we found and created our own contact center software.  Now that software has revolutioned the way we work in our call centers.  Our partners and software customers also appreciate the way our software works.
